You are welcome to meet with your extended team at any time during the year. To create a solid relationship with your extended team, we recommend that you visit them at least once a year. The best thing is that Chennai is well-connected by air to all parts of the world, and it is not unreasonably expensive to visit and stay in Chennai for a week.
